Terms and Conditions for IFAI Nomination Fees
The terms and conditions governing the payment and submission process for the nomination fees associated with the International Festival Architecture Interiors (IFAI) awards. By engaging in the payment of the nomination fee, participants agree to adhere to the specified terms and conditions.
Eligibility
The nomination fees are applicable to professionals, firms, and organizations within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. All participants must meet the eligibility criteria established by the IFAI to qualify for the awards.
Nomination Fees
The nomination fee is a mandatory payment required to submit a project or work for consideration in the IFAI awards. By paying this fee, applicants gain the opportunity to showcase their work on an international platform, receive recognition from industry leaders, and compete for awards that celebrate excellence in the AEC industry.
Payment Terms
To complete the submission process, all nomination fees must be paid in full at the time of submission. Payments can be made through the methods specified on the IFAI submission portal, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be made through the official IFAI submission portal by the specified deadline. Incomplete submissions or those failing to meet the required standards may be disqualified without a refund. Participants must ensure that their submissions are original works owned by them. Any breach of intellectual property rights may lead to disqualification and potential legal action.
Review and Selection Process
All submitted works undergo a rigorous review process conducted by a panel of jury members selected by the IFAI. It is important to note that the payment of the nomination fee does not guarantee selection or winning an award. The IFAI reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet quality standards. Additionally, a processing fee of Rs. 10,000/- will be charged for all shortlisted and qualified as winner, payable within 10 days of confirmation. For any questions, participants are encouraged to contact the IFAI via email contact@ifai.ae.
Rights and Permissions
By submitting a project, participants grant the IFAI the right to display, promote, and use the submitted work for marketing and promotional purposes associated with the IFAI awards. However, participants retain ownership of their submitted works, maintaining their intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality
The IFAI is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all submitted works. Participants acknowledge that their submissions may be publicly displayed as part of the IFAI awards, balancing the need for confidentiality with public recognition.
Liability
The IFAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the IFAI awards, including but not limited to loss of intellectual property, financial loss, or reputational damage. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Amendments
The IFAI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via the official IFAI website or email, ensuring transparency and ongoing compliance with updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the IFAI operates, ensuring legal alignment with local regulations.
